ABOUT BOWTIED BACHO

Hello, I’m Bacho an anon digital wolf that provides training, nutrition, and health optimization information on social media. I was inspired to create this anon character and business by the BowTied twitter community. I followed them for some time and really began to appreciate what they were doing and the information they provided. I thought the concept of building an online business separate from my personal identity and business was a great idea and would allow me to reach and help more people.

In my real life I am someone who has been training seriously for over a decade. I started training for athletics at a young age which eventually led me to falling in love with the weight room. Once my athletic career ended, I devoted myself to training fulltime and eventually pursued personal training and a degree in Nutrition. I have trained a wide variety of individuals from people just getting started with their fitness journey to competitive athletes and more advanced lifters. There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping a motivated person reach their goals regardless of what end of the spectrum they may fall on.

My personal fitness journey has been one filled with trials and tribulations. I grew up playing basketball year round with dreams of playing in college and just as recruiting started to take off I was forced to pivot due to knee injuries that required two surgeries. Instead of going to college for basketball I decided to pursue a degree in nutrition and took up personal training. While in college I suffered a patella tendon rupture which proved to be a very difficult injury to recover from. This injury took 8 months of rehab and took over a year to fully recover. During this time I lost over 30lbs and I wasn’t sure if I would ever be the same physically again. Over time I was slowly able to build myself back to a 410lb bench, 560lb squat, and a 650lb deadlift. Over the years I have had numerous other injuries to lats, pecs, hips, and shoulders, and I have continued to improve after each one. I have gone from a 180lb athlete to a 240lb meathead weightlifter. I’m always pushing myself attempting to test new limits and I pride myself on being a coach that walks the walk and leads by example.

Hopefully this helps to familiarize you with the person behind the anon wolf a little more. I look forward to helping you all reach your goals and educated you on everything I know regarding training, nutrition, and health optimization!
